Clinton Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Clinton Housing Authority (CHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families.Please note: The CHA does not offer a Public Housing program for senior/disabled households.The CHA offers one Public Housing community with 50 units for families, ranging in size from 2 to 4 bedrooms.To apply, visit the CHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 329 6th Ave. S, # 33, Clinton, IA 52732, during normal office hours.Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above during normal office hours.No documents are needed at this time.The CHA does have a preference for applicants who live and/or work in Clinton.For more information, the CHA can be reached by calling (563) 243-1280 during normal office hours.
